Newhall Klein is seeking a dynamic Project Manager, a position that involves a lot more than just managing timings and deliverables of several projects concurrently.  The Newhall Klein project manager is intricately involved in everything the company does, from client liaison to internal stakeholder coordination through to external supplier management. Project managers are seen as the glue that holds projects together and ensures they are completed them on time.  Project managers take a high profile customer service role, internally and externally. Qualifications:
• University Degree: Marketing / Business or similar, or related tertiary qualification from a Marketing and  Advertising School.
• Project Management qualification will be beneficial.
• 1 – 2 years work experience in either marketing, advertising or consulting.
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for partnering with a team of account and creative colleagues to deliver strategic packaging design, brand identity work and new product innovation projects for a major cereal and snacks manufacturer in Battle Creek, MI.  

Key responsibilities include building the client relationship, identifying consumer insights, articulating creative strategy and developing and delivering compelling client presentations. The ideal candidate is a team-player and self-starter who is resourceful, adaptable, has stellar attention to detail and possesses the ability to prioritize, plan and inspire the Account, Creative and Client teams.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic oversight for assigned businesses
• Cultivate and nurture strong Client and agency relationships
• Partner with Account colleagues to provide proper support and elevation of creative projects
• Partner with Design Directors to determine and facilitate strategic design approach
• Develop & deliver compelling client presentations
• Proactively build knowledge of branding,marketing and design strategies
• Lead high-level creative projects including generation of estimates, briefs, timelines, etc.
• Collaborate with other Schawk and Anthem offices on key projects
• Occasional attendance of qualitative research groups

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business,Advertising, Communications or related field
• 3-5 years experience in Agency Account Management
• Software: Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint / Keynote
• Knowledge of Marketing and Branding
• Effective Communicator
• Team player
• Proven ability to establish and foster Client relationships, manage process, and steer great creative
• CPG and packaging experience preferred
