B.C. Enquirer: Creating Change banquet

A pastor from across the country recently challenged more than 150 Battle Creek community leaders and organizers to unite for the common causes that all communities are working toward — non-violence, an engaged community and change. He spoke at the event held to highlight accomplishments and thank the community for their participation in the grass-roots organization.

 

Creating Change is a community-based organization that brings residents together, develops them for leadership and organizes them to help resolve issues of common concern. Since its founding, it has expanded to help bring about change in projects citywide.
